Wild Blue Home Inspections is a family-owned inspection and environmental testing company serving Northeast Pennsylvania since June 2004. Founder Thom Schiavone brings more than 40 years of construction and project management experience to every property — from historic renovations to luxury home builds — always with the customer’s interests first.
We’re fully independent contractors with no ties to realtors or repair companies, which means our only job is telling you the truth about your property. We show you The Good, The Bad & The Ugly — and we encourage you to walk the inspection with us so you understand every finding firsthand.

Every home inspection includes Advanced IAQ testing and a free repair estimates report within 24 hours. You're encouraged to attend and ask questions throughout.
