The Longer Story
Four decades in the trades - from historic renovations to luxury home builds - taught me where problems hide. I founded Wild Blue in June 2004 to put that experience on the buyer's side of the table. I walk every inspection with my clients and answer questions as we go, because the goal isn't a 65-page report you'll never read - it's you understanding your property before you sign.
When I'm not inspecting, I'm usually on our eight acres in the Poconos with the pack - three dogs who take their perimeter checks as seriously as I take mine.
Signing off: Stay Wild. 🐺
