WARRANTY:

The Wild Blue Group LLC warrants that it will repair or replace without charge, any part of the WBG30Pro sawmill with which this warranty is furnished which proved to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months in ordinary home use (3 months if in commercial or institutional use) following the date of sale to the original purchaser for use. 

This does not apply to any repair or replacement made necessary by improper use or maintenance, or by abuse or accidental damage.

The foregoing warranty states the entire obligation of Wild Blue Group LLC with respect to said products and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: 

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, commercial or rental use, after-market modification or damages that occur from negligence, misuse, or use not in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions, or the products intended uses. Wild Blue Group disclaims liability for any accidents, injury or damages to the equipment or personal property caused by the equipment when equipped with unauthorized parts, equipped with parts for unapproved purposes or modified in any other way. Wild Blue Group will at its discretion make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility.

DISCLAIMER: 

Wild Blue Group disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of 'merchantability' and 'fitness for a specific purpose' after the term of this Warranty.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: 

Wear items including, but not limited to belts, bearings, blades, bed plates, blade guide blocks, and tires are excluded from this warranty. Engines are not included within the Wild Blue Group warranty.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES: 

Wild Blue Group shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, accidents, injury, damages, or expenses, arising directly or indirectly from the product, whether such claim is based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or any other legal theory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Wild Blue Group specifically disclaims any damages relating to (i) lost profits, business, revenues, or goodwill; (ii) any expense or loss incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery or rental; or (iii) any other type of damage to property or economic loss.

WARNINGS:

Read carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS before operating. Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious personal injury.

The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in the instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product but must be supplied by the operator.

Only operate the engine in a well-ventilated area. Carbon Monoxide produced by the engine during use can kill. Do not use indoors, near windows or in other sheltered areas.

NOTE: All Federal and State laws and any regulation having jurisdiction covering the safety requirements for use of the machine take precedence over the statements in this manual. Users of this machine must adhere to such regulations.
